Job Description

This role involves developing and supporting applications in the Customer Care domain. You'll work on automation, migration, and container technologies like Kubernetes and OpenShift. Experience with SQL and CI/CD pipelines is crucial. The ideal candidate will be an independent contributor with strong communication and problem-solving skills, adaptable to working across different shifts (primarily 1pm-10pm).

Must have:

Strong Technical Conceptual Knowledge
Python Expertise (Automation, Migration)
Container Tech (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
SQL Database Management
CI/CD Pipeline Development

Good to have:

GraphQL
Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
Continuous Delivery Workflow Understanding

Location: DLF Cyber City, Gurgoan

Work Mode: Hybrid (2days a week)

We are seeking an independent contributor, able to able to work on Applications in the Customer Care domain on Development and Support. The person should be having good expertise on Python, SQL and experience with Application migration and transformation.

Must haves:

· Strong Technical conceptual knowledge

· Programming expertise in Python, with focus on Automation, Migration

· Experience with Container Technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift)

· Experience with Database management and handling SQL queries

· Experience working with and developing CI/CD Pipelines

Behavioral Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated passion for independent learning

· Creative approach to problem solving and good analytical skills

· Flexible across different shifts(Primarily 1pm – 10pm)
