Software Engineer (Scripting+Application Support)

4-6 years’ experience

Hands on experience of PowerShell scripting, XCOM, SFTP, Job scheduling,

Knowledge of Networking concept.

Knowledge of Azure cloud concept.

Troubleshoot file transfer failures and process failed files before agreed cut-off time.

Maintain documentation of production issues, production run

books and assist in documenting operational best practices.

Knowledge of SQL database.

Handle Conference Bridge during critical production downtime (P1 and P2 incidents)

Excellent communication skill (verbal, written), proactive, willing to learn and work independently.

Good to have knowledge of Unicenter tool, Revsoft or any scheduling tool

Good to have knowledge of Shell scripting

Banking Domain application support knowledge

Strong ITIL Process knowledge.

Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks

Good team player, willingness to support in shifts and weekends if required.
