The IT Lead at ZAZZ will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. This includes strong expertise in Azure cloud administration, Intune, Office 365, ITSM tools, and advanced Windows server troubleshooting. The role requires hands-on experience with server-client installation and troubleshooting, Atlassian product administration (Jira, Confluence), and a deep understanding of networking protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of IT operations, security, backup mechanisms, disaster recovery, and IT policies/compliance. Excellent written communication is crucial for documentation and email correspondence. Must be very strong in Azure cloud administration, Intune, Office 365 administration, ITSM tools, and advanced windows server troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with installation and troubleshooting of server-client issues.
Administration experience with Atlassian products (like JIRA, Confluence, etc.,).
Have an excellent understanding of protocols and core networking concepts and ability to use diagnostic tools such as traceroute, ping, and nslookup etc.,
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing best practices including but not limited to IT operations, security practices, backup mechanisms and disaster recovery strategies.
Must be aware, and willing to own all IT-related policies and compliance.
Ability to drive the company infrastructure independently
Ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.).
Other requirements: Should have at least two of the following certification: Any windows server certification + MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-800.
