Job Summary
Job Description
This Solutions Consultant, Billing Product Specialist role requires 5+ years of experience in project/program management, consulting, or client-facing roles. Responsibilities include updating existing solution content, managing project planning and execution, identifying solution issues across users/clients, collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks, generating partner insights, and participating in business reviews. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and investigative skills. Experience with billing and invoicing tools, Google Ads, and online advertising is preferred. The role involves working flexible, non-standard hours to meet customer needs.
Must have:

Good to have:
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with billing/invoicing tools and online advertising systems (Google Ads, YouTube)

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.
- Ability to work flexible non-standard working hours in line with customer requirements is required.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in a Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with billing and invoicing tools, as well as using GMP, Google Ads, or other online display advertising systems and the media landscape.
- Experience in online advertising; ideally in a customer-facing role using Google Ads, the Google Ads product suite, YouTube, or other online advertising systems.
- Experience using insights from data to influence business decisions.
- Experience including kicking off workstreams, developing project plans, collaborating across organizations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, problem-solving and investigative skills.

- Support updating of existing solution content or create repeatable content (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions.
- Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
- Execute solutions, with occasional support from peers/community, based on user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements that have been previously defined, developed, and approved.
- Help identify trends of solution issues across users/partners/clients and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks in the future with some guidance.
- Help generate partner insights and participate in business reviews with partners to formulate partner strategies, with minimal guidance.
