The way we ensure sustainable and scalable digital solutions is by co-owning and support in driving the Asset Strategy and Strategic Partnerships (ASSP) vision, challenging the status quo, partner and collaborate with our business stakeholders and the Procurement Platform function and help ensure the digital solutions developed fit this vision.

The Digital Delivery team is part of the global ASSP Operational Excellence and Innovation organization and is responsible to help transform our digital landscape across the source to pay process. This includes implementing digital initiatives that drive data as well as process compliance and transparency to serve our customer needs better. We address the current challenges related to source to contract system and process standardization, process automation, and adopting other emerging technologies with the help of our product and platform organization.
As the Senior Specialist in the Digital Delivery Excellence team, you would be accountable for the following:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sourcing opportunities and develop eSourcing strategies.
Demonstrating a high level of stakeholder management expertise through eSourcing activities.
Lead eSourcing projects, including RFx development, bid evaluation using digital solutions.
Analyze supplier proposals, perform cost and price analysis, and make recommendations for supplier selection by creating digital scenarios.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the eSourcing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage sourcing events using the Sourcing Optimizer tool. This involves defining event timelines, setting up bidding rules, inviting suppliers, and managing participant communication.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their understanding of the Sourcing Optimizer tool and assist them in navigating the platform. Provide guidance and support throughout the sourcing events, addressing supplier queries and resolving technical issues.
Analyze data and results generated by the Sourcing Optimizer tool. Interpret and present findings to stakeholders, including cost savings, supplier performance, and market insights. Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement based on the analysis.
Proficient in developing and maintaining complex Excel models for data analysis, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
Ability to interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvement.
Engage and educate stakeholders on the benefits and functionalities of the Sourcing Optimizer tool. Collaborate with procurement teams, category managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the tool for sourcing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements when utilizing the Sourcing Optimizer tool. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality throughout the sourcing events.
Generate reports and scenarios using the Sourcing Optimizer tool to provide insights and progress updates to stakeholders. Customize reports as per specific requirements and distribute them to relevant parties.

Minimum 3-5 years of work experience & Comprehensive knowledge of the Sourcing Optimizer
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, VBA, and complex formula creation to supplement eSourcing analysis
Strong logic-building skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Python or other programming languages is a strong plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality, while adapting to dynamic and evolving requirements.
