The ideal candidate will have expertise in negotiating supplier agreements, analyzing travel data, and implementing travel policies. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Global Travel, within Procurement, ensures the company travels safely, efficiently, and at the best prices. The Manager of Global travel manages Nasdaq's travel agencies and other suppliers providing travel solutions, putting in place global arrangements and processes which benefit all associates locally.

  • Lead designated corporate travel-booking platform to enable employees to self-service travel needs
  • Under limited supervision, negotiates agreements with suppliers to reach best possible pricing and conditions with the suppliers.
  • Conduct analyses of travel data to drive cost efficiencies!
  • Chips in to the improvement and development of operational, tactical and strategic processes to achieve the most efficient procurement and purchasing, leading to both purchasing and operational perfection.
  • Lead and implement Nasdaq's Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy
  • Stay informed about international travel industry requirements, trends, and standard processes
  • Handle international team member!

We expect you have:

  • Education Required: B.S. in Business or Related Field
  • Experience Required:  5+yrs of experience in travel desk with proven ability in managing a corporate travel program
  • Special Qualifications: Proficient in presenting in English, both written and verbal
