Easybrain is looking for a Support Manager to join our incredible team. We develop mobile games and apps that are played by a huge number of people around the world. We love what we do and realize it's impossible to create a cool product without high-quality communication and care for our users. That's why we're looking for you!
What you’ll do:
- Respond to user inquiries related to gameplay and technical issues;
- Provide guidance on the functionality of our mobile apps;
- Handle user reviews in the App Store and Google Play;
- Gather and analyze statistics on user requests;
- Help create FAQs and user guides;
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve user issues;
- Continuously improve and optimize support processes.
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication style;
- Responsible, proactive, and independent;
- Detail-oriented;
- A genuine love for mobile games.
It’ll be a plus if you have:
- Previous experience in customer or user support;
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., German, French, Japanese);
- Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms.
