What you will move with us:
- You develop creative talk and action ideas for Germany's largest morning show - with a feel for relevance, timing, and emotion.
- You bring exciting guests from politics, business, science, culture, and society into the studio - confidently, obligingly, and at eye level.
- You coordinate topic and appointment planning in coordination with our hosts and the team.
- You structure talks clearly and dynamically - including topic blocks, question frameworks, and conversation dramaturgy.
- You brief our moderators securely, research backgrounds, and create well-founded topic and guest dossiers.
- You keep an overview during the live broadcast: You update content, control processes, and ensure a smooth on-air flow.
- You are communicative and professional in dealing with prominent personalities and external partners.
What you bring:
- You have several years of editorial experience in the talk, magazine, or infotainment sector - ideally with a large TV format.
- You have a completed degree and a journalistic traineeship or comparable education.
- You have very good general knowledge and genuine interest in socially and politically relevant topics.
- You work creatively, independently, and solution-oriented - even under live pressure.
- You enjoy communication, teamwork, and interacting with diverse people.
- You are willing to work flexibly (also early in the morning or on weekends).
- You have a passion for television - especially for exciting infotainment with a stance.
