Job Description

As a Demand Marketing Manager, you will be key in generating new business opportunities, optimizing marketing campaigns, and ensuring our messaging resonates with our audience. You will develop a deep understanding of our products, unique value propositions, and how they fit into the broader industry landscape. You will research ideal customer profiles, key personas, and their buying journey to craft compelling marketing strategies. You will plan and roll out quarterly demand generation strategies, leveraging events, digital marketing, sales campaigns, SEO, paid media, and email nurtures. You will partner with content, web, paid media, and events teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with marketing best practices. You will track campaign success, flag execution gaps, and adjust strategies to maximize marketing ROI. You will ensure spending aligns with approved budgets while maintaining high-quality vendor relationships. You will establish A/B test plans, refine campaign processes, and continuously optimize performance. You will review and QA marketing materials to ensure messaging and branding remain cohesive.

  • Own Your Market: Develop a deep understanding of our products, unique value propositions, and how they fit into the broader industry landscape.
  • Know the Customer: Research ideal customer profiles, key personas, and their buying journey to craft compelling marketing strategies.
  • Execute Winning Campaigns: Plan and roll out quarterly demand generation strategies, leveraging events, digital marketing, sales campaigns, SEO, paid media, and email nurtures.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, web, paid media, and events teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with marketing best practices.
  • Optimize & Measure Performance: Track campaign success, flag execution gaps, and adjust strategies to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Ensure spending aligns with approved budgets while maintaining high-quality vendor relationships.
  • Test & Improve: Establish A/B test plans, refine campaign processes, and continuously optimize performance.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Review and QA marketing materials to ensure messaging and branding remain cohesive.
