A career within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for preparation of simple and medium tax computations - T1, T2, T3, T5013
• Provide day to day support to Senior Associates and Managers to assist with the delivery of
tax computations and client service.
• Raise appropriate information requests to gather outstanding data from clients.
• Draft client correspondence documents (emails, letters, reports etc.) at relevant points
throughout the compliance cycle.
• Focus on the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and
practical/business approach taken.
• Being proactive in owning/managing your portfolio allocation; flexible in working
arrangements.
• Follow firms best practice and policy around the compliance process.
• Work experience in same industry for 1-4 years.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend instructions and take ownership of work entrusted.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Attention to details and accracy
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
• Share and collaborate effectively with others, create a positive team spirit.
• Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information provided by clients.
