As Tech Lead for Xsolla ID, you'll design and develop this core authentication and authorization platform, integrating with the Xsolla ecosystem. Responsibilities include designing architecture, selecting technical solutions, building secure integrations with third-party services (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), defining and improving product delivery processes, facilitating team rituals, and fostering a positive team environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and expand features, ensuring scalability for a global user base. The role requires strong Golang, SQL, Docker/Kubernetes, and Typescript/Javascript skills, along with experience in a team lead capacity.

Job Details
We are seeking a Technical Leader to join us in enhancing Xsolla ID, one of our core products and platform for authentication and authorization in Xsolla’s B2C ecosystem. Xsolla ID powers seamless user experiences across games and other products by providing a robust, secure, and scalable foundation for identity management, integrating directly with the entire Xsolla ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and expand features, ensuring top-notch integration and scalability for a global user base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and developing Xsolla ID solution:
- Defining and continuously improving product delivery processes. Organizing and facilitating team rituals: planning, backlog grooming, retrospective.
- Facilitating effective team development and assisting in the hiring and onboarding of new developers. Creating a culture of trust, creativity, and collective responsibility in the team.
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes, technologies, and tools for development. Working with the strengths and weaknesses of team members.
Designing architecture, selecting the necessary technical solutions, and participating in the development of platform services.
Building secure and reliable integrations with third-party authentication services and standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of relevant work experience as a software developer.
- 2+ years of experience in a team/ tech lead role.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Golang, and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience with Typescript / Javascript.
- Solid understanding of modern web system design components, including caches, networks, load balancers, CDNs, etc.
- Ability to build secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant software.
- Understanding clean code and software documentation importance.
- Ability to work and be flexible in a fast pace environment.
