As a Financial Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our finance and accounting operations. You’ll support our long-term technology goals and partner across accounting, treasury, and finance teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements. This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to influence change and help scale a rapidly growing organization.
Oversee the day-to-day administration of Coupa and NetSuite, providing hands-on support to users and assisting with audit-related requests.
Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with external vendors and product support teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assess risks and inefficiencies in current finance systems and processes, leveraging existing tools and exploring new technologies to implement solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational gaps and define requirements for new projects to enhance system capabilities.
Lead project execution from start to finish, including documentation of business requirements, technical specifications, functional designs, test scripts/plans, and training materials.
Support internal and external SOX audits as needed.
At least 4 years of experience in a financial systems or similar role, preferably within a SOX-regulated environment.
Strong understanding of system development methodologies, project management practices, and analytical problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with system implementations and/or leading change management initiatives within finance or operational environments.
Experience working with NetSuite, Coupa, Trovata, or similar Finance systems is preferred.
Familiarity with SQL and programming languages (Python, Javascript) is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 89,600.00 USD - 112,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
