Job Description & Summary

A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients to develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You’ll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.

Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.

Responsibilities

You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients to solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

We are looking for professionals with experience in ​​Transfer Pricing. The position will be located in Barcelona but you will have the opportunity to work with national and international PwC teams.

Some of your main duties will be the following:

- Functional analysis of organizational structures of multinational groups (analysis of business value chains, group member entities and the market in which they operate).

- Performance of economic analysis of intragroup related-party transactions (search for comparables and the assessment and analysis of financial ratios).

- Documentation - Master File, Local File and Country by Country report - of the group entities.  

- Collaboration in tax audits and Advance Pricing Agreements. Analysis of tax implications from the point of view of Corporate Income Tax and VAT.

Qualifications / Experience Required

- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or double Degrees in Business + Law or equivalent.

- 1 to 7 years in Transfer Pricing.

- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

- A Master's degree in Taxation or Transfer Pricing related is desirable.
