Job Description

The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for aspiring game developers. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, internal teams, and industry professionals. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, program evaluation, stakeholder management, trainee support, performance tracking, and reporting to Head HR. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of experience in training management or instructional design. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Management:
Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of the Training Programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create a robust curriculum tailored for aspiring game developers.
Monitor and evaluate the program’s effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams (Management & Technical) to align the program with company objectives.
Build relationships with industry professionals to enhance program credibility and resources.
Candidate Management:
Develop and implement strategies to retain and support trainees throughout the program.
Maintain the trainer & trainee profile that may include its attendance and marking throughout the training by different means.
Performance Tracking:
Establish KPIs to measure trainee success and program outcomes.
Create reports and presentations for Head HR to demonstrate program impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education, training, human resources, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in training management, instructional design, or program leadership.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
