Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Manager at UFC GYM India in Sahakara Nagar, Bengaluru. The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gym, managing staff, coordinating fitness programs, handling member inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all members.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness management, operations, and staff supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of fitness programs and trends
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Certification in fitness training or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Passion for promoting health and wellness
