Job Description

This Senior Associate Scrum Master role at PwC focuses on IT Function Transformation within their Advisory services. Responsibilities include driving and facilitating scrum ceremonies, managing large-scale application development projects, and leading agile/scrum delivery teams. Ideal candidates possess strong knowledge of agile tenets, experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies, and proven ability to manage end-to-end application development. The role requires facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar backlog management tools is preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential. A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Agile/Scrum projects, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master, is required. A BE/B.Tech/MBA degree is needed; an MBA from a premier college is desirable.

Responsibilities:

The desired candidate should have a good knowledge of tenets of agile, driving and facilitating scrum ceremonies
Proven ability in managing large scale end-to-end application development projects and leading agile/scrum delivery teams
Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred

7-12 years of experience into Agile/Scrum projects
Prior role of at least 3 years as a Scrum Master and hands-on experience in facilitating daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings, etc.

BE/BTech /MBA
UG: B. Tech/B.E. in any specialization
PG: MBA/PGDM in any specialization from premier MBA colleges ( desirable )
