Job Description

As a VIP Host, you'll cultivate relationships with high-value players, executing the daily strategy of the VIP engagement program. Responsibilities include creating new business revenue through strong player relationships, managing all aspects of player interaction (events, communications, escalations), maintaining market understanding to offer new games and promotions, leading player reactivation, compiling player feedback for platform improvements, and adhering to VIP policies (including responsible gaming). This role requires strong analytical skills, comfort with a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work nights/weekends and travel.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years in Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

The Crown Is Yours

Forge and cultivate relationships with our most engaged players as a VIP Host. You’ll execute the day-to-day strategy of our industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand the true needs of our players. To foster long-term customer loyalty, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver a world-class experience that drives high levels of brand advocacy.

What you’ll do as a VIP Host

  • Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships.  

  • Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players. 

  • Lead player reactivation efforts to increase engagement.

  • Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities.

  • Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.

What you’ll bring   

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience. 

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role. 

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends.

  • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 60,800.00 USD - 76,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
