Job Description

TikTok is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth of their e-commerce platform. You will acquire and support merchants, negotiate deals, discover new collaboration opportunities, and ensure high service quality. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with brands and sellers, ensuring they thrive on the platform.
Must have:
  • 2-5 years e-commerce experience
  • Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail, logical thinking
  • Strong connections with brands & sellers (preferred)
  • Teamwork, adaptability, proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • English proficiency
Good to have:
  • Direct experience in relevant e-commerce categories

In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service. Responsibilities: - Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share - Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality - Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs - Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancellation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction - Manage merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above - 2-5 years experience in e-commerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skill - Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred - A good team player, fast learner and open to changes - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint - English proficiency is a must TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
