We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join our team in Copenhagen!

About the job:

This role plays a critical part in evaluating new business opportunities, navigating evolving regulatory landscapes, and maximizing return on investment across all product verticals. The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy professional with a background in corporate finance, transaction services, or management consulting.

What You'll get to do:

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Lead and coordinate the group’s efforts to enter new jurisdictions with a structured, ROI-focused approach.
  • Own and maintain a prioritized roadmap of potential market entries across all product verticals.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for scoping, evaluating, and entering new markets.
  • Create and update market-specific roadmaps considering compliance requirements and business potential.

Regulatory Intelligence

  • Monitor global regulatory developments relevant to gaming and adjacent industries.
  • Maintain a calendar of anticipated regulatory changes and their potential business impacts.
  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure market strategies align with legal frameworks.

Business Development & Financial Planning

  • Collaborate with sales and account management to identify market-entry opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Support the development of financial models and investment cases for new market initiatives.
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and business events to gather market intelligence and build partnerships.

Product & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct internal product analyses to identify product gaps, competitive advantages, and growth opportunities.
  • Perform in-depth competitive analyses to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Presales, Legal & Compliance, Tech Compliance, Sales, Managed Services, Delivery Management, and Product Business Units.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for multi-functional teams involved in new market initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Economics, Finance, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Industry experience in gaming is a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen, project management skills, and ability to work across functions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and market research activities.
