As a Senior Client Success Manager on our Contextual Commerce team, you will be at the heart of our mission to support Enterprise clients. Your focus will be on creating and growing trusting, lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include strengthening and growing the relationship and opportunity with each account in your portfolio (typically 5-10), ensuring renewal and growth of each account in your portfolio, serving as the dedicated point of contact for your accounts, responding to all requests quickly and professionally, overseeing an account coordinator or analyst, staying up to date on our product roadmap, identifying opportunities to help accounts achieve their business objectives, providing monthly and quarterly business reviews, brainstorming and strategy sessions, attending and hosting relationship building and networking events, leveraging strong relationships and results to generate referrals for new business.
