岗位职责
岗位职责
1.负责游戏内UI界面设计，重点负责在研项目的界面设计；
2.设计执行能力强，设计把控能力强，对基础设计规范和资源输出管理有丰富经验；
3.负责视觉规范的制定，应用落地，上下游协作和各环节品质确认和效果验收，确保各阶段设计输出的规范一致性；
4.有较强的设计归纳总结能力，在工作中有一定方法论沉淀，推动团队设计力进步；
5.优秀的设计把控能力，对基础设计规范和资源输出管理有丰富经验；
6.理解产品策略，关注流行趋势，能够产出有创意的设计。
岗位要求
岗位要求
1.2年以上游戏视觉设计经验，美术&设计等相关专业优先；
2.参与过至少一款成功上线的游戏设计；
3.有较好的平面设计基础，对市场流行的设计审美有成熟判断；
4.优秀的绘制基础，具备优秀的图形设计、色彩构成、精修刻画能力；
5.逻辑清晰，热爱学习，善于观察和分析提炼；
6.理解力强，善于表达，具有良好的大型团队沟通与协作能力；
7.性格开朗，热爱游戏，有丰富的个人游戏经历，有良好的适应性和责任心。
