As WW Growth Lead you will lead the delivery of high-impact business initiatives for Apple One. You will be responsible for evolving business initiatives from approved ideas into lived experiences in the hands of millions of customers around the world. This role requires a strategic, experienced business professional who wants to gain operational experience helping to launch growth initiatives, leveraging their commercial mindset and the scale and breadth of expertise at Apple. Example key stakeholders include other Services businesses, Product Design & Marketing, Engineering, Growth Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Pricing and International Services. - Once an Apple One business initiative has been green lit, own end-to-end delivery to launch through collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams over extended timeframes, focusing complex programs on what matters most. - Represent the Apple One business, ensuring a commercial mindset and business acumen direct program management efforts to deliver initiatives with maximum impact and aligned to Apple values. - Drive advocacy for initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams through build and launch. Help to guide trade-offs, provide inputs and focus efforts on a range of decisions. Examples include customer journeys, customer offers, testing strategy, geo selection, and pricing. - Independently drive multiple, complex, cross-functional programs. Lead efficient, outcome-driven meetings and secure necessary input from stakeholders in a highly leveraged manner. - Own and continuously refine a 2-3 year roadmap of business initiatives for Apple One. Use this roadmap to guide prioritization, planning, and executive alignment. - Deliver regular updates to leadership and partner teams through clear, concise communication, ranging from exec-ready Keynote to verbal briefings, backed by robust rationale for decisions. - Over time, contribute new ideas for growth and optimization, and build on those from others, based on deep knowledge of Apple One business and functional expertise.
