Job Description
Smilegate Holdings is seeking a HR Recruiting Assistant Intern to support its recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include managing applicant experience, assisting with real-time 1:1 support, managing job postings across various platforms, supporting the group's talent acquisition programs (including developer community engagement and Smile Connector program), and generally assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate has some HR experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in the gaming industry. The internship is for 6 months.

Good to have:
- Prior recruiting assistant experience
- HR/marketing knowledge

자격요건
- 입사 후 6개월간 근무 가능한 자
- 채용/인사분야로 커리어를 쌓고자 하는 분
필요역량
- 인사에 대한 경험 및 관심, 흥미
- 친화력 있는 커뮤니케이션
- 게임 산업에 대한 관심과 이해
우대사항
- 채용 어시스턴트 경험 보유자 우대
- 인사/마케팅 지식 및 소양 보유
