The SMB Associate Account Executive supports in acquiring and managing Small and Medium Business (SMB) accounts. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, documenting client interactions, supporting senior executives, building sales forecasting skills, developing partnership strategies, and employing a consultative sales approach. The role involves managing SMB accounts within a defined territory, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, documenting client interactions, resolving customer issues, meeting sales objectives, and contributing to the development of go-to-market strategies. Account maintenance, record keeping, report generation, educating channel partners and end-users, and opportunity tracking are also key responsibilities. The position requires applying sales concepts and principles, gaining understanding of inside and outside sales, and supporting field and inside sales teams to meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets. The role also includes assisting the account management team in a task-oriented manner.
