The SMB Associate Account Executive supports the acquisition and management of Small and Medium Business (SMB) accounts. Responsibilities include assisting in managing sales within a defined sales territory, building account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, documenting client interactions, and shadowing senior executives during client consultations. They also facilitate communication on tactical issues, meet sales objectives, maintain accounts, and build reports. The role involves utilizing a consultative selling approach and gaining foundational understanding of sales concepts. The incumbent will support activities in both Field & Inside Sales to achieve productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
