We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! In this role you will handle multiple global entities and suppliers including 3-way invoice matching.

This role is hybrid (Tuesday/Wednesday in office 8AM-5PM) out of our Dallas, TX office.

How you'll make an impact:

You will accurately review and process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies effectively.
You will research any outstanding invoice issues and address customer and vendor inquiries as well as reconciling vendor statements.
You will identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices.

We could be a match if:

You have 7+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable invoice processing.
You have strong attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
You have effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).
