Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage employment documents, including contracts, agreements, and offboarding paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, staying up to date with legal changes.
- Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and annual leave planning.
- Handle documentation for remote employees and maintain accurate records.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth process and proper access to company tools.
- Organize and maintain legal documents, tracking contract expiration dates and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
- Legal education is a plus.
- Experience in a legal or administrative role is highly desirable, ideally within the gaming or IT industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English, with the ability to comfortably manage documents in all three languages.
