Job Details
What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in planning and executing leadership off-sites, team meetings, and organisational events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Who you are
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives in the capacity of an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a tech/startup environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
