Summary

The Area Operations Staff in Semarang supports the Area Operations Supervisor in managing all aspects of driver operations. Responsibilities include driver engagement, acquisition, problem-solving, conflict resolution, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. The role involves managing the walk-in center, driver communications, service time, satisfaction, and operational events. Daily escalation of operational issues to the Supervisor is also required. This position necessitates strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and BigQuery.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (GPA 3.2 or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace & BigQuery
  • Experience in a startup environment preferred
  • Handle end-to-end processes for the walk-in center
  • Manage driver community and multi-channel communication

About The Role

Area Operations Staff accountable and responsible to support Area Operations Supervisor for all spectrum operation drivers at Area level, including but not limited to hold driver engagement activity, driver acquisition, and consistently helping to solve driver problems on the field. Handle conflict, regulation compliance and maintain stakeholders in the area.

What Will You Do

    • Handle end-to-end processes for the walk-in center (Driver Support Unit) in the area
    • Handle all the driver community, multi-channel communication and driver care in the area
    • Ensure problem solving according to agreed process & based on standard operational procedure
    • Manage driver care service time and driver satisfaction
    • Execute events related to operations
    • Coordinate with the Area Operations Supervisor for day-to-day escalated issues around operations

What Will You Need

    • Fresh graduate or having min. 1 year experience in startup industry preferably.
    • Bachelor degree from top university or any well known in the region with GPA 3.2 or equivalent
    • Strong communication skills and bias for action.
    • Must have capabilities in analytical thinking and problem solving through Google Workspace & BigQuery analytics.
    • Embraced continuous improvement
About The Team

As Area Operations Staff, he/she will support the Area Operations Supervisor on a day to day basis. He/she will work very intensively and collaborate with other Area Operation Staff in respective areas. He/she also will work closely with the drivers in the field and will be the first contact for driver to escalate any issues.
