Job Description
The Finance MIS Analyst at GoTo Financial will leverage data analysis expertise to support financial decision-making and improve reporting. Responsibilities include automating data extraction from datamarts, building and maintaining performance dashboards, conducting financial reconciliations, and delivering data-driven insights to product and business teams. The role requires automating processes, using statistical tools and data visualization, and accelerating business improvement within Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL, data visualization, and dashboarding skills, and experience with tools like BigQuery, Python, Github, Google Looker Studio, and Tableau is a plus.

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analysts to join our Finance Department at GoTo Financial. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to support financial decision-making and enhance our reporting processes. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to help optimize our financial performance. What You Will Do
- Automate data extraction by datamart based on business or product requirements
- Automate end-to-end Finance & Accounting reconciliation Build & maintain dashboards for tracking and monitoring business performance as well as data accuracy
- Deliver insight, and analysis using statistical tools, and data visualization to product and business team
- Accelerate business improvement process in the Finance & Accounting team
What You Will Need
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Expert in SQL, data visualization, and dashboarding
- Ability to use critical thinking daily to manage daily tasks while being goal-oriented
- Exposure to BiqQuery, Python, Github, Google Looker Studio, Tableau is a big plus
