- Work closely with business teams, assist in coordinating and supporting the overseas communication needs of businesses, such as formulating communication strategies, preparing communication materials and managing relevant international communication projects;
- Build brand trust and thought leadership among the global target audience. Explore, identify, and propose suitable content that could be delivered on Tencent's channels to global audiences. Drive working-level coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders on content development;
- Proactively build narratives around key issues and topics, such as sustainability and innovation. Build story narrative from multiple sources and drive content creation including but not limited to blog articles, short & long-form videos, audio, infographics, and images around the narrative.
- Provide end-to-end support for global business events, including pre-event content planning, onsite support, and post-event communications. Create timely and impactful content for global audiences that enhances Tencent's presence and thought leadership.
- Drive social media digital assets and amplify the influence. Boost the quality, quantity and diversity of social media digital content and streamline the work process. Support on the paid social media or digital marketing activities as needed.
- Tracking and monitoring the performance of social media accounts and global communication campaigns. Create monthly reports and campaign performance reports for internal sharing, and knowledge exchange.
Who We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Policy, or other related fields.
- Internship experience or relevant coursework in PR and communications is preferred.
- Have good content writing and graphic design skills, proficient in PowerPoint design and production, familiar with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop;
- Proficient in English, good communication skills, teamwork, execution, anti-stress, cross-cultural working ability.
