The Associate Inside Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by responding to incoming leads. Responsibilities include selling AnyDesk solutions in the EMEA region, managing leads through SalesForce/HubSpot, informing prospects about the software's value, collaborating with the team to increase revenue, and ensuring smooth handoffs. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer focus, and the ability to manage time effectively. The candidate should have experience in sales or customer service. AnyDesk is looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. The job involves selling AnyDesk solutions, managing leads, informing prospects, collaborating with the team and Account Executives. The role demands strong communication and time management skills.
Must have:
  • Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
  • Experience of using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Good to have:
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of BANT sales methodology is a plus.
  • Relevant work experience in a software or technology company.

What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we're seeking a highly motivated Associate Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Inside Sales department. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by responding to incoming leads.

  • Sell AnyDesk solutions in the EMEA region
  • Manage a high volume of leads through SalesForce/HubSpot, responding to them in a timely and professional manner
  • Inform prospects about how our software can add value to their business via MS-Teams, Zoom, phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Work closely with your team to help AnyDesk increase its revenue in the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Continuously develop and improve your sales skills and product knowledge

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal  
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • Inbound or outbound experience
  • Relevant experience in a similar sales or customer service role
  • Strong customer focus and ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of using CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and customer data
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are mandatory; any other languages like German, French or Italian are a plus

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of BANT sales methodology to effectively identify and qualify leads, is a plus
  • Relevant work experience in a software or technology company
  • A customer focused attitude with a proactive, friendly and courteous style
