•通过积极参加相关的金融活动,例如论坛,研讨会和会展,发现和挖掘潜在客户;
•使用我们内部的CRM系统进行准确,及时的报告,并管理新的和续订业务的合同。
任职要求:
•热爱销售事业,热衷于帮助投资者实现投资目标;
•具备良好的沟通能力,和呈现能力,熟悉产品知识,代表晨星专业的销售顾问水准;
•具有团队合作精神,乐于分享;
•关注市场动态,与产品管理人员,销售同事和管理人员共享市场信息,促进产品优化提升;
•具备1-3年的机构销售经验(或相关的市场营销经验),金融服务领域优先;
•具有支持和/或销售财务数据和解决方案的经验者优先;
•能够理解客户复杂的投资要求;
•具备快速学习能力,迅速了解Morningstar的产品业务;
•优秀的中文和英文读写能力;
•本科学历或同等学历以上,金融相关专业背景优先。
We’re now looking for a Sales, who will be based in Shenzhen or Shanghai. As a Sales, you will focus on generating new business across all of Morningstar’s main product lines.
About the Role
You will be reporting to Head of Sales, China. Although you will receive some incoming leads, you will be responsible for generating the majority of new business leads on your own. Your target clients are insurance companies, asset managers, brokerage firms, banks and fin-tech firms. We’re looking for someone with hands-on initiative, strong leadership, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
