The digital writing team is seeking a bilingual Communications advisor/content manager to oversee the production of a Help centre. The advisor will collaborate with various business lines to create, update, and optimize FAQ content to meet client needs. Responsibilities include coordinating the Help centre's creation, writing and updating content, supporting project managers, suggesting UX and SEO improvements, and ensuring brand consistency. The role involves explaining financial concepts in plain language and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The candidate should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and five to six years of experience in digital writing and project management.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's in Communications/related field with 5-6 years experience.
  • Experience in digital writing and project management for websites.
Good to have:
  • Interest in finance, economics, and the business world
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO and UX best practices

L’équipe de rédaction numérique est à la recherche d’un·e gestionnaire de contenus web bilingue, pour superviser la production d’un centre d’aide. Le ou la gestionnaire de contenus aura la responsabilité de travailler avec plusieurs lignes d’affaires pour créer, optimiser et tenir à jour le contenu d’une FAQ en fonction des besoins des utilisateurs et utilisatrices.

Que ferez-vous ?

  • Coordonner la création du centre d'aide en veillant à ce que les délais soient respectés avec les lignes d'affaires et autres parties prenantes ;
  • Rédiger, structurer et mettre à jour le contenu de manière continue ;
  • Soutenir les chargé·e·s de projets dans la mise en place du processus et des délais nécessaires à la livraison du contenu ;
  • Proposer des ajustements pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur et le référencement (SEO) ;
  • Assurer la cohérence des réponses avec l'image de marque et la ligne éditoriale de l'organisation ;
  • Simplifier l'expérience client et expliquer les concepts de littératie financière les plus complexes en langage simplifié ;
  • Comprendre les fonctionnalités de nos services bancaires et leur impact sur l'expérience et le parcours utilisateur sur une plateforme numérique ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour livrer des outils d'accompagnement et d'autonomisation de la clientèle dans nos plateformes numériques.

Qu'attendons-nous de notre Gestionnaire de contenus web bilingue?

  • Baccalauréat complété en communication, journalisme, marketing ou autres domaines connexes et cinq (5) à six (6) années d’expérience pertinente ;
  • Expérience en rédaction numérique et gestion de projets pour des sites web ou autres plateformes numériques ;
  • Expérience avec le parcours utilisateur de bout en bout sur une plateforme numérique ;
  • Excellente connaissance des principes directeurs et des meilleures pratiques en SEO et UX ;
  • Intérêt pour la finance, l'économie et le monde des affaires, un atout ;
  • Créativité, agilité, ingéniosité et authenticité ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français écrit et parlé ET bonne maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate the creation of the Help centre, ensuring deadlines are met with business lines and other stakeholders;
  • Write, structure, and update the content on a continuous basis;
  • Support project managers in establishing the process and timelines necessary for content delivery;
  • Suggest adjustments to improve user experience and SEO;
  • Ensure consistency of responses with the organization's brand image and editorial line;
  • Simplify the client experience and explain the most complex financial literacy concepts in plain language;
  • Understand the features of our banking services and their impact on the user's experience and journey on a digital platform;
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client support and empowerment tools in our digital platforms.

What do we expect from our Bilingual Web Content Leader?

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or other related fields, and five (5) to six (6) years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in digital writing and project management for websites or other digital platforms;
  • Experience with end-to-end user journey on a digital platform;
  • Excellent knowledge of guiding principles and best practices in SEO and UX;
  • Interest in finance, economics, and the business world, an asset;
  • Creativity, agility, resourcefulness, and authenticity;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French AND good command of written and spoken English.
