Job Description

Are you a creative marketer with a passion for building and growing strong brands across multiple categories? We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the success of our brand initiatives in toys, consumer products, and location-based entertainment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and partners to help execute brand strategies tailored for the GCC market.

The ideal candidate for this position will be hired externally through third-party agency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Brand Execution: Help adapt and implement regional brand strategies for local execution, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
  • Franchise Support: Work in partnership with the franchise team to support brand plans across toys, CP, and LBE categories.
  • Customer Marketing: Assist in delivering cross-category initiatives in key retailers, ensuring successful in-store execution.
  • Product & Pricing Support: Collaborate with teams to review product selections and assist in adapting pricing strategies based on market analysis and competition.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support in delivering presentations to key partners and assist with internal brand updates.
  • Sales and Market Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales and POS data to identify trends and provide insights that inform brand decisions.
  • Media & Digital Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of local media and digital plans in line with broader regional initiatives.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields, preferably with knowledge of the GCC market.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in executing brand strategies and supporting in-store marketing efforts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Enthusiasm for working across toys, consumer products, and entertainment categories.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Ability to build strong meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as presentation skills required
  • Team-player with “can do” and highly collaborative mindset with willingness to share best practice.
