Our client is a listed tech company from China seeking a skilled professional with a background in new business development in Dubai. They aim to expand their software offerings and solutions within the region. As a Property Tech SaaS platform, they're looking for a candidate with a strong real estate network and SaaS selling expertise. Chinese language skills would be a significant advantage for this first hire in the Middle East region.
What You Will Do
Understand potential clients and partners in the Middle East, understand market demands and industry trends, expand client and partner networks, and develop and implement sales plans.
Identify and develop new market opportunities, develop business expansion plans that meet local market demands, and collaborate with domestic departments and international partners to drive business expansion.
Build and maintain international client relationships, handle client feedback and coordinate solutions with internal departments, and promote customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends, formulate strategies and plans based on data to drive business growth, and make timely adjustments to business direction and market strategy.
Work closely with ecosystem partners to promote localized product development, establish a strong partner ecosystem, and enhance brand influence and market competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with company sales and profit targets, plan and execute sales plans, supervise sales performance, and make timely adjustments and optimize strategies.
Tasked with pioneering and spearheading company’s entry and expansion into the Middle East market from 0-1.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in ecosystem BD with AWS, Microsoft, Huawei, or similar platform vendors, or marketing and development experience with overseas real estate enterprises, familiar with local market conditions and competitive landscape.
Excellent oral and written English skills, familiar with the Middle East markets and local sales channels and business relationships.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, able to effectively collaborate with partners and establish and maintain relationships.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment, handle high-pressure work without any guidance, and adapt to emergencies.
Innovative thinking and a proactive work attitude, with strong learning and analytical skills.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate cross-departmental team efforts to ensure business growth aligns with budgets and timelines.
