岗位职责
1.关注了解全球游戏及内容行业动态，提供行业生态与平台动向的策略分析；
2.针对产品研发和运营中各环节（包括市场推广、用户服务等）的痛点问题，能结合行业/竞对分析提供定制解决方案，并与业务团队配合推动方案的落地实施；
3.参与平台增长与用户增长全链条的数据分析，构建游戏评估数据指标体系，通过数据驱动实现产品体验改进和业务增长；
4.与业务团队密切合作，搭建用户维护体系及运营数据体系，通过“分析洞察找到空间—根据机会空间制定策略—a/b实验驱动优化/评估策略效果”促进业务运营目标的有效达成。
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，英语能作为工作语言；
2. 2年及以上咨询行业或相关数据分析工作经验；
3. 熟练使用 SQL、Python、Tableau、EXCEL并了解基本的挖掘算法优先；
4. 熟悉游戏行业数据分析通用应用场景，有游戏行业工作经验优先。
