Join our team as a Senior Automation QA Engineer to contribute to a cutting-edge site lifecycle management solution. Responsibilities include developing and implementing automated test cases using Robot Framework (covering functionality, integration, and regression testing), designing and implementing API and UI test automation frameworks, writing custom Python libraries to extend Robot Framework, conducting load and performance testing with K6, collaborating with developers to ensure test coverage, mentoring junior QA members, participating in code reviews, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Octopus, TeamCity, GitHub Actions), and generating detailed reports and performance metrics. Requires 5+ years of web application testing experience with a focus on automation and performance testing, and 4+ years of hands-on experience with Robot Framework and K6. Proficiency in API testing (Postman), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies (SAFe) is essential.

Join Our Team as an Automation QA Engineer!
Location: Poland
Technologies: .NET Framework, OpenSearch, React, Oracle, K6, Postman, Jenkins, and more!
We’re looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to help us shape the future of our cutting-edge site lifecycle management solution. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for automating and performance testing, ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards while scaling our product.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement automated test cases using Robot Framework to ensure functionality, integration, and regression testing.
- Design and implement API and UI test automation frameworks with Robot Framework’s keyword-driven approach.
- Write custom Python libraries to extend Robot Framework for specific testing needs.
- Conduct load and performance testing using K6 to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.
- Work closely with the development team to understand new features and ensure appropriate test coverage.
- Mentor junior QA team members, sharing best practices in automation and performance testing.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards for test code quality.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to streamline our development process.
- Maintain and generate detailed reports, logs, and performance metrics.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in web application testing, with a focus on automation and performance testing.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with automation QA, especially using Robot Framework.
- Strong proficiency in using K6 for load testing and performance analysis.
- Experience with Postman for API testing.
- Proficiency with Jenkins, Octopus, TeamCity, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of testing processes and Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for mentoring junior team members.
- Experience with test management systems.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Python or Java for scripting.
- Familiarity with MS Azure is a plus.
