Job Description

  • Assisting in the roll-out and maintenance of continuous listening initiatives and operations.
  • Supporting ad hoc survey activities, including the development and enhancement of feedback surveys (e.g., leavers feedback survey).
  • Aiding in the roll-out and operations of data/reporting governance initiatives, including data quality (DQ) monitoring, steward support, and SLA discussions.
  • Assisting in organizational taxonomy reviews and related operational tasks.
  • Collaborating on data visualization projects using tools like Oracle BI and Power BI, supporting initiatives such as OBIA, OTBI, OBIEE, and LFS/RPMO reporting.
  • Handling ad hoc reporting requests across various domains (e.g., core HR, TA, PM, sick leave analysis, and annual reports).
  • Facilitating and supporting the monthly reporting process.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize data processes and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor plus a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Presents excellent command of English, at least at B2 level
  • Prior experience in project management or involvement in managing multiple projects.
  • Background in data reporting and data governance.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, specifically Oracle BI and Power BI.
  • Great experience in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making.
  • Pragmatic approach to finding solutions and overcoming challenges.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Oracle BI and Power BI.
  • Strong ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences; comfortable leading smaller change initiatives.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and maintain oversight of tasks.
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to seek out information independently and work with minimal supervision.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of data science and automation technologies will be considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with HR-related data and analytics would be advantageous.
