The Business Scientist will identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance through advanced data analysis, ensuring data-driven decisions and strategic alignment throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include leading the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of predictive models and data visualization tools, defining and implementing robust measurement frameworks to support media strategies and other key initiatives, determining best practices and tools for data collection, validation, and storage, collaborating with global partners to ensure data processes are aligned with company needs, and developing necessary training for key internal teams. They will also be responsible for leading data and predictive modeling initiatives, improving models, and ensuring the correct use of predictive models and tools.
