Estamos buscando una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Relaciones con Clientes en Marsh McLennan.
Este puesto estará basado en Puerto Montt. Este rol es en terreno, requiere hacer visitas a las automotoras de la zona de forma constante. En esta posición, serás responsable de liderar las operaciones diarias y coordinar la logística táctica de los proyectos de relaciones con clientes, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y la resolución de problemas.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Liderar las operaciones diarias y coordinar las asignaciones de tareas para los proyectos de relaciones con clientes.
  • Abordar y resolver problemas moderadamente complejos, asesorando a profesionales y gerentes sobre acciones correctivas.
  • Capacitar, delegar y revisar el trabajo de empleados de soporte de nivel inferior bajo supervisión.
  • Participar en equipos internos para identificar áreas de mejora y comunicar los resultados a las partes afectadas.
  • Trabajar de la mano de las automotoras para concretar nuevos negocios.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Experiencia comprobada en un rol de soporte o administrativo, preferiblemente en gestión de relaciones con clientes.
  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas con la capacidad de manejar cuestiones sensibles y complejas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar de manera efectiva con clientes y equipos internos.

  • Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de relaciones con clientes e informes.
