The Client Relationship Manager focuses on building and fostering meaningful client relationships to increase customer satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and revenue. This role involves establishing strategic relationships with property owners, property management companies, and property managers. The manager guides clients through onboarding, education, adoption, value realization, and expansion post-sale. Responsibilities include quarterbacking client onboarding, conducting training, guiding customers on product capabilities, orchestrating business reviews, identifying barriers to adoption, mitigating escalations, and creating marketing campaigns. The position requires on-site client visits and maintaining an in-depth understanding of MRI products and services.
Must have:

Job Details

The Client Relationship Manager focuses on building and fostering meaningful client relationships to increase customer satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and revenue. This role is responsible for establishing strategic relationships with property owners, property management companies and property managers within a geographic territory. The Client Relationship Manager guides clients within their territory through customer journey milestones post-sale including onboarding, education, adoption, value realization, and value expansion. The position requires travel to visit clients, regional association meetings, and industry events. The Client Relationship Manager is part of North America Residential and shares a team quota tied to MRI Payments portfolio revenue.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Quarterback client onboarding 
  • Develop and conduct training to optimize time to ramp  
  • Guide customer on product capabilities and best practices   
  • Orchestrate adoption focused business reviews outlining joint objectives, metrics, and timelines  
  • Identify and overcome barriers to product adoption 
  • Mitigate escalations and advocate for customer across MRI and report internally on feature requests, insights, and customer stories 
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns  
  • Track adoption and revenue KPI’s 
  • Educate customers on upcoming webinars, events, and forums 
  • Conduct on-site client visits  
  • Co-own revenue goals and team quota 
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of MRI products and services  

REQUIREMENTS: 

Personal and Business Skills: 

  • Payments experience/knowledge

Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience  
  • 1-2 years in Account Management and/or Customer Success 
  • Property management / payments experience
