Xsolla seeks a detail-oriented, proactive Cloud Gaming Support Engineer to ensure the quality and smooth operation of cloud gaming solutions. Responsibilities include supporting partner onboarding, troubleshooting technical issues related to cloud servers and networks, collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes, monitoring system performance, and staying updated on emerging technologies. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical troubleshooting skills, cloud server expertise, and experience with cloud gaming systems. Excellent communication is essential for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams. The role involves ensuring the quality and performance of cloud gaming solutions for demos and partner launches, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing processes for a seamless partner and user experience.

The ability to analyze complex technical challenges and communicate solutions effectively will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure the quality and performance of cloud gaming solutions for demos and partner launches.
    • Support the onboarding process for partners and their games, ensuring seamless integration with Xsolla's systems.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to cloud servers, network configurations, and other relevant services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the overall partner and user experience.
    • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain uptime and performance standards.
    • Stay updated on emerging cloud gaming technologies to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience in cloud gaming support or a related technical field.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting cloud servers and associated services.
    • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including latency, bandwidth, and connectivity optimization.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work effectively with partners and internal teams.
