As a Community Specialist, you will represent Apple within partner stores, fostering customer relationships with the brand. You will directly sell products, collaborate with partners, and aim to increase customer acquisition. Your performance will be judged on your ability to influence even when not physically present in the store. You will provide exceptional customer experiences by showcasing products, accessories, and services. Furthermore, you will proactively seek opportunities to raise awareness among current and prospective customers, staying informed about technological advancements and changes impacting the customer journey. You will ensure that all Apple fixtures, product displays, and merchandising components comply with Apple's standards. Daily tasks will include visits to partners, along with daily maintenance and inspection of multiple points of sale, and escalating issues for efficient resolution. You will educate partners and customers via small training sessions and product demonstrations, promoting sales and encouraging Apple platform adoption. You will also share insights and feedback from store visits with other Apple teams.
