The Content Analyst will be responsible for processing and maintaining data accurately and in a timely manner in databases, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. They will develop expertise in database and financial knowledge, adhering to company standards and policies. The role involves communicating with internal and external departments, testing new database releases, and analyzing queries to improve data quality and customer experience. The analyst will also provide support to the team and ensure tasks are completed within SLAs. The job requires strong analytical skills, the ability to learn quickly, and good communication skills, especially in Italian. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for continuous learning and development.

Content Analyst

Entity Content maintains a central database that connects and unlocks the true value of our content across our products and internal services. We are the starting point for all organization information. The data we provide helps our customers run their business successfully and in  accordance  with  the  law  and regulations of the markets they operate in. We provide Entity data  and  Qualified  financial  content  as services to the Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and completeness are maintained as per company standards.
  • Developing expertise in database and financial knowledge through continuous learning and development. Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
  • Widen usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
  • Adhere to dynamic process/Mow changes, data operations standards and current data policies & procedures.
  • Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data as per expected performance standards.
  • Proactively identify, call out, and resolve data problems.
  • Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries as per established process.
  • Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing constructive user feedback.
  • In depth Analysis to be done on queries, identify root cause and drive action plans to improve the Quality thereby improve the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure awareness of customer views on content & recommend improvements/raise problems as needed.
  • Ensure that support has to be provided to team for smoothening of process
  • Ensure that the allotted tasks are being completed within the agreed SLA’s & meet the service metrics of the team

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical /Professional Skills at an Intermediate level in using Excel & SQL
  • Should be a very quick learner and should display high level of agility.
  • Should have good Italian communication skills – Written and Verbal.
  • Should be able to take Multiple tasks and flexible to extend their support as per business requirements.
  • Should be flexible enough to work in different shifts & Hybrid model of 3 days in Office & 2 days working from Home.
  • Ability to operate with minimal guidance.
  • Coach and train analysts on data issues, databases & products.
  • Validated analytic and problem solving skills, innovation and taking initiative in continuous process improvements
