Job Description

The Content Analyst role involves processing and maintaining data accurately and promptly in databases using technical and financial knowledge. This includes communicating with internal and external departments to resolve data queries and developing expertise in data-related issues. The role requires building knowledge of financial regulations and market practices. The analyst will enhance the use of available tools to maintain and improve content quality, ensuring data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Responsibilities also include testing database releases, providing feedback, and supporting specific projects. The role demands adherence to change control procedures and data policies. The analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality data and proactively resolving data problems. The role demands delivering on customer and business requirements.

Job Details

Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge. Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries. Developing expertise in data related issues. Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets. Enhance usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations. Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for the covered product/market. Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback. Support specific projects, as assigned by manager. Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures. Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data. Proactively determine and resolve data problems.

Uses knowledge and skills to deliver on customer / business requirements and assist in the resolution of client data issue cases, whilst holding responsibility for sourcing, collecting, curating content from financials documents / instruments / feed sources.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Demonstrates specific market / language skills to deliver on customer / business requirements
- Supports in the accurate resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues
- Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets
- Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / make valuable contributions to the data, or use the data as is defined in the collection policy
- Communicates and works with internal and external teams as required to support sourcing and collection of data
- Adheres to the quality metrics and prioritises activities to support business and customer requirements
- Supports specific projects assigned and meets or exceeds the KPIs defined
- Suggests process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
