We are seeking an experienced Post-Production Professional to join Netflix as a Post-Production Coordinator. As part of our dynamic team, you will assist in overseeing the post-production process on our CEE films, series and nonfiction titles.
A successful candidate will be passionate about Film & TV and Post Production. You should be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, comfortable with change, and able to pivot when necessary. You should be detailed, thorough, and capable of juggling a number of diverse responsibilities. Your work should demonstrate strong organization, ownership, and unwavering attention to detail.
This versatile and fast-paced position requires someone who is curious, proactive, exercises good judgment, has excellent communication skills and displays a delight for urgency.
This position will be based in our Warsaw office. Relevant work experience in the field is essential.
The Role
The role will support the Post Manager, Production team and Creative Execs internally, while also being a key point of support for external partners. Your day-to-day tasks will include project coordination, task management, onboarding of partners, administration, documentation, technical support, and other requests which facilitate the successful delivery of shows to our members.
With a need to liaise with many internal specialist teams to ensure our content is maintained at the highest standards and deadlines are met, you will need to have a highly collaborative approach to your work. This should be underpinned by a strong technical understanding of all things post, as well as excellent logistical skills.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Post Manager in reviewing schedules, budgets, quotes, and workflows for films, series, and nonfiction projects
Staying up to date with Netflix tools, specifications, and technologies
Tracking and managing all post-production schedules, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and status
Coordinating and tracking deliveries and reviews, both technical and creative
Setting up and attending post-production calls and meetings as needed
Coordinating with internal specialists throughout the project lifecycle — from onboarding to delivery (e.g., QC, localization, asset archiving)
Updating and maintaining internal databases and trackers
Managing publicity and marketing requests and assets
Performing any other duties as needed to support external partners and the Netflix Post Production team
Qualifications:
Essential:
Relevant working experience as a Post Supervisor/Post Production Coordinator, or post-production professional
Experience in post-production of local content in Poland is a must, nice to have an experience in other Central and Eastern European countries
Nonfiction experience is a strong asset
Local vendor knowledge of Poland&developed relationships appreciated
Understanding of Post Production Tools application and post workflows
Fluency in English is required
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Gdrive, MS Word, Excel
Familiarity Movie Magic Budgeting and Scheduling
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
Passionate about Polish Film & Television Market
