The Customer Marketing Associate will bring the Oral Health Care customers marketing strategy to life. Responsibilities include project management, ensuring flawless executions, deadline management, and POSM development. They will also handle operational excellence, collaborating with stakeholders for timely project delivery, budget management, and compliance. Additionally, they will focus on innovation by developing communication tools and on-shelf communication, and analyze market data. This role involves people management, building relationships, and being the key contact for third-party agencies. The job involves a range of responsibilities, including project management, operational excellence, innovation, analysis, and stakeholder management.
Must have:
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years in FMCG organization (Trade / shopper).
  • Knowledge of Channel and Category.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Experience in working across complex organization structures.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Basic commercial understanding.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

About the role

The primary responsibility of this role is to bring Oral Health Care customers marketing strategy to life by delivering on Agility and on-time Execution.

Key responsibilities
 

Project management

  • Drive flawless executions by exhibiting strategic planning, tracking & post evaluation analysis (NPDs, Periodic activations)
  • Deadline management, POSM development and deployment. Also responsible for managing TPO creation for any new suppliers.
  • Ensure effective execution of Promotion calendar together with Commercial and supply for driving in store excellence
     

Operational excellence

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Timely delivery of in-store / online materials.
  • Budget management – ensure efficient utilization of funds and bring in savings through process simplification, efficient material utilization or through long term planning.
  • Maintain a Tracker for all Approvals (Internal approvals & Expiries through Promotion, MOH & Municipality)
  • Ensure compliance of all processes at all times (internal and external)
     

Innovation

  • Develop disruptive on & off shelf communication and tools
  • Help drive the simplification agenda

Analysis

  • Pre & Post Campaign Analysis on ROI
  • Analyze market data information (Orange, Nielsen, Kantar, IMS)

People management

  • Build relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Key contact person for 3rd party agencies (creative, production, brand activation).
  • Ensure compliance in all activities together with regulatory, legal & quality.
     

Qualifications and skills
 

Essential

  • A university degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years in FMCG Organisation (Trade / shopper)
  • Knowledge of Channel and Category
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Experience in working across complex organization structures
  • Ability to influence senior leaders towards desired outcome
  • Basic commercial understanding / experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
