Job Summary
• This role is responsible for developing intricate technical designs tailored for enterprise solutions, that designed to satisfy clients' business requirements and continuously drive customer satisfaction. The role leads cross-functional teams in complex projects involving technical management, fostering innovation and ensuring the achievement of operational and strategic objectives. The role provides advanced technical guidance, consulting, and expertise during proposal efforts and solution design phases. The role also actively participates in professional communities, represents the organization at technology conferences, and supports sales activities with strategies and collateral.

Responsibilities
• Develops detailed technical designs tailored for enterprise-level solutions, specializing in the analysis and development of intricate enterprise technology solutions.
• Leads large cross-functional teams, including the technical management of client staff within implementation teams, to accomplish one or more solution requirements, architecture, or implementation tasks.
• Offers technical guidance to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer expectations, occasionally devising innovative approaches to address unique challenges.
• Provides advanced technical consulting and expertise during proposal efforts and solution design phases, while also advising the senior IT leadership within customer organizations, defining strategic directions based on organization's solutions and products.
• Collaborates with peers outside the immediate organization to define and tackle complex technological or process-related issues, often pioneering new solutions while independently driving technical problems towards resolution.
• Participates in the organization's professions program and contributes to practice improvement activities, while also encouraging the involvement and contributions of others in professional communities.
• Represents the organization at technology conferences with a multi-customer audience, sharing insights and expertise.
• Offers strategies, concepts, and collateral to support sales efforts, leading proposal development efforts that involve coordination across various departments for complex customer solutions.
• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $133,000 to $193,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
