DevOps Engineer ( Contractual )

Triomics is building the modern technology stack for oncology trial sites and investigators that unifies the workflows of clinical care and clinical research, moving the healthcare industry closer to the vision of Clinical Research as a Care Option. Our platform, which is based on our proprietary oncology-focused large language model (OncoLLM™) co-developed with several leading cancer centers, eliminates the operational inefficiencies in patient recruitment, data curation, and other laborious tasks involved in clinical research, thus enabling the generation of high-quality data and speeding up the clinical trials.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes and cloud platforms like Azure. You should also be proficient in database management, scripting, and implementing CI/CD pipelines, as well as have experience with various monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes (K8s) across Azure and other cloud environments.
• Oversee database management, particularly with PostgreSQL, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software deployments.
• Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Python, and SQL to automate processes and optimize performance.
• Monitor and maintain system health using a variety of monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure high-quality, reliable deployments and infrastructure management.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance across all infrastructure components.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred, but knowledge of others like AWS or GCP is a plus).
• Proficient in database management, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Strong coding skills in Bash, Python, and SQL.
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or other similar tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms or containerization technologies.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
