We’re looking for a hunter-minded Director, Brand Partnerships to supercharge our outbound sales efforts and connect brand and agency clients with cutting-edge media, creative, and web development services. Key Responsibilities



  • Develop deep expertise and knowledge around each assigned client’s business and industry
  • Through active listening, and prompt response times retain and grow new client business
  • Drive brand client outreach through email, LinkedIn, text/phone and acquire capabilities and new client discovery meetings in order to uncover RFP and proposal opportunities
  • Acquire 8-10 new business meetings monthly that result in 2-4 proposals monthly
  • Develop relationships with brand clients through attending tradeshows and industry events as well as other relationship building opportunities 
  • Ensures clear communication between client and agency regarding new business needs and status of client information
  • Manage feedback from client effectively, communicating clear feedback on new business needs to internal solutions team leads
  • Clearly establish objectives and priorities for client initiatives
  • Develop and articulate initial POVs relative to strategic and creative alternatives 
  • Use appropriate internal tools to effectively communicate and maintain organization with internal teams
  • Demonstrate ability to focus on details, delivering the best-possible customer experience to new business prospects
  • Make decisions based on strategic, thoughtful reasoning, balancing all variables and needs
  • Provide detailed meeting notes to internal teams and clients
  • Continually update and monitor contracted and pipeline business in the shared Revenue Google Document
  • Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by the Chief Strategy Officer / Agency Leadership team



Ideal Candidate



  • 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in a creative or integrated media agency.
  • Proven success with solution selling - especially for digital media, creative campaigns, websites, and app development.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality - you’re proactive, resourceful, and always looking for the next big opportunity.
  • Familiarity with both retainer-based and project-based selling structures.
  • Curious and open to integrating AI tools into your workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong communicator and team player - someone who shares, collaborates, and knows how to play in the sandbox.


Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 base + commission
Type: Full-Time
