Job Description
Bounteous x Accolite is searching for a Director to join their growing design practice. The ideal candidate will shape Bounteous' Experience Design practice by leveraging their experience building and growing design teams and their expertise in product, campaign, and brand design. This role will involve honing the craft, influencing the culture, and fueling collaboration across global teams to create impactful experiences. The candidate should be a naturally engaging storyteller, able to influence, inspire, and motivate teams, clients, and other cross-disciplinary leaders to exceed expectations. This position is a key partner in the Experience Design leadership team, helping to shape the future of the growing XD practice and make a lasting impact for clients and Bounteous.
Must have:
- Experience building and growing design teams
- Expertise in product, campaign, and brand design
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience overseeing creative strategy and deliverables
- Experience with digital channels, platforms, and experiences

- Experience in design workshops, concepting, and production oversight

The ideal candidate’s leadership aspirations include shaping Bounteous' Experience Design practice by leveraging their experience building and growing Design teams and their expertise in product, campaign, and brand design, while also honing the craft, influencing the culture, and fueling collaboration across global teams to contribute to and create impactful, meaningful experiences people love and clients value.

You’ll be a key partner in our Experience Design leadership, helping shape the future of our growing XD practice while also helping make long-lasting impact for our clients and within Bounteous.
The Experience Design Team at Bounteous is a multidisciplinary collaboration of humans who create meaningful experiences people love and clients value, with expertise in product, campaign, and brand design.

Information Security Responsibilities
- Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
- Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint
Role and Responsibilities
- Leads, inspires, and motivates teams to create and deliver influential, innovative, best-in-class, customer-centric solutions that drive business goals
- Shapes and directs creative strategy and deliverables from concepts through execution for a variety of digital channels, platforms, and experiences
- Facilitates and oversees discovery and creative activities such as experience strategy development, design workshops, conceptual design, copywriting and art direction, production oversight, and concepting for photoshoots and video production
- Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams and partners closely to establish strategy, and align goals with tactics
- Oversees quality, consistency, and feasibility of digital design deliverables, ensuring they meet the needs of development and technical teams
- Participates in broader practice and organization efforts related to our team’s capabilities, growth, culture, and values
- Is a career coach for other XD team members to set and work towards career goals, and help identify training and development needs
- Supports initiatives to up-skill our team in the craft and elevates the quality of our work
- Assists in practice development initiatives and supports team recruiting efforts
- Contributes to new business development and organic growth through solutioning, scoping, and creative concepting
- Consistently shares trends, new methods and tools, and training opportunities
- Participates and/or presents at industry conferences and events and within local design communities
- Contributes to thought leadership such as industry articles and blog posts
- Juggles multiple clients, projects, and tracks of work simultaneously
- Manages time effectively and proactively communicates with project team members
- Is a liaison with and builds bridges between global cross-functional project team members on behalf of the project XD Team members
